My sample tile was sent out immediately even though I ordered it well after office hours, and I received it in just a day or two, carefully wrapped and packaged, along with a personal email from Keith asking me if I had received it, and to let him know if I needed any assistance. I asked several questions which were all answered professionally and quickly. My main order also arrived in just a couple of days, and the tile itself was gorgeous and packaged with care.
