Calacatta Gold marble is arguably the most luxurious of the natural stones. Known colloquially as the “rich man’s marble”, Calacatta is quarried in Italy and was a favorite of the Roman Emperors. Calacatta Gold is less gray than Carrara marble varieties. It has an ivory base and veins in greys, golds and greens.

I ordered 2 boxes to see if they were the same tiles I was seeing in a store near me. Received them in 5 days packaged incredibly well no broken pieces. They were the same tile I was going to purchase in a store near me for $53 and online they were $36.
